Terms and Conditions

Refunds are not given for services. Refunds may only be given upon the return of a product. 

24 hours is required for cancelling appointments. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours of appointment time will be billed at 100%. Please be aware that you will have the ability to reschedule appointments and that a refund will not be given for any scheduled service that is missed. 

If I have to reschedule or cancel a service to a client, I will add 1 free session or service to that client.
